NLP in Austin, TX

Not mind tricks. A practical way to change how you think and react.

We all run on habits of thought: the way a certain tone sets you off, or the voice that says you'll mess it up. NLP looks at how those patterns work for you, then gives you simple ways to change the ones that hold you back.

The myths

  • "It's a way to manipulate people."
  • "It's just positive thinking."
  • "It takes years to see a difference."
  • "You have to relive everything from the past."

The reality

  • It's about understanding your own patterns, not controlling anyone else's.
  • It's hands-on. You practice specific techniques, not just hopeful thoughts.
  • Many people notice a shift in how they respond within a few sessions.
  • We focus on what you want now, and you choose how much of the past to bring in.

Common questions

Questions about NLP

What is NLP?
NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming. It looks at how the way you think and talk to yourself shapes how you feel and act, and it gives you ways to notice patterns that are not serving you and practice new ones.
What do people use NLP for?
People often come to NLP for confidence, motivation, handling stress, or a reaction that keeps showing up. Everyone responds differently, so we will talk about what you are hoping for and whether it is a good fit.
What does an NLP session feel like?
It is mostly conversation, with some simple exercises and a bit of imagination. You stay fully awake and involved, and I explain each step before we try it.
